Item Description

Arturo Toscanini, born in 1867, is one of the most acclaimed musicians of the late 19th and 20th centuries. His repertory included 480 works for the concert hall and about one hundred operas. The design of this exceptional Special Edition, comprising fountain pen and ballpoint pen, honours this greate musician. The clip is shaped like the strings and string holder of a violoncello to reminisce his early career as an outstanding cellist. The pen is made of Montblanc's black precious resin and with platinum-plated fitting.  The cap ring is engraved with the signature of the great musician.

This pen is brand new, never been used.  It comes with original presentation box, all the papers, and a medal with an image of Toscanini based on a flat relief by the Italian sculptor Bistolfi.
